Hester Street Fair, located in a beautiful park setting, was once home to New York City’s largest and oldest pushcart markets. Our mission is to sell quality goods and food, but to also create a space that reflects the dynamic energy of the Lower East Side.

SUCHIN PAK is a veteran media personality and television host. She is currently an MTV News Correspondent and host of the environmental news program, G Word on Planet Green (Discovery Networks) and has been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show. SuChin is one of the most recognizable faces in the environmental media spaces and has focused much of her work on issues involving social change.
RON CASTELLANO is a LEED AP, AIA Architect, Real Estate Developer, and Business Owner. As an Architect, Ron has worked at some of the most prestigious firms including, Richard Meier and Partners. He has developed, from site acquisition to the selling of individual units, 2 prominent LES buildings: The Forward Building and The Garfield Building. He has recently spearheaded the landmarking of the Jarmulowsky Building. They are well noted for their beautiful and historically respectful renovations. Ron is also owner/manager of several businesses, including Broadway East Restaurant and Santos Party House.
ADAM ZELLER is responsible for overseeing the marketing of the digital, long-form transactional and subscription businesses for Starz Media. His primaries duties include partner relations, marketing, and advertising strategy for digital sell-in and sell-thru of content from several of Starz’ business units. Adam has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
SUHYUN PAK currently works with Studio Castellano, assisting with real estate development and special projects. He has worked in the past in the education world as part of business operations and marketing teams. Suhyun has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Economics.
